Mt. Carmel services expand to Westcliffe, providing resources and support
Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center is expanding outreach in Westcliffe and Custer County to provide veterans and military families with resources like VA benefits navigation, employment assistance, and behavioral health support. Monthly outreach events will occur at the West Custer County Library on the second and fourth Mondays of each month.
