Suspected kidnapper killed by police after he killed a victim in the trunk of his car, deputies say

A suspected kidnapper was killed by police after he fatally shot a victim in the trunk of his car in Chino Hills, California. Deputies pursued the suspect's vehicle, and after he opened the trunk and fired at the victim, he engaged in a shootout with officers. The passenger was arrested, and no deputies were injured.
