Suspected kidnapper killed by police after he killed a victim in the trunk of his car, deputies say

A suspected kidnapper was killed by police after he shot and killed a victim in the trunk of his car in California. Deputies pulled over the suspect's vehicle, where the driver opened the trunk and fired at the person inside before engaging officers. The passenger surrendered and was arrested, while no deputies were injured.
