EU foreign affairs chief Kaja Kallas is expected to visit Beijing in autumn for a bilateral strategic dialogue meeting with China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi, her first in-person meeting since a tense encounter in Brussels last summer and her first trip to Beijing since assuming her role in 2024.
