EU lawmakers arrive in China for high-stakes talks to manage mounting tensions
A European Parliament delegation is visiting China for three days to address strained relations caused by trade disputes, geopolitical tensions, and EU import restrictions. The delegation, led by David McAllister, will meet Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and the National People’s Congress leadership in Beijing and Shanghai.
