San Diego money service business owner charged in murder-for-hire plot

Marcos Arturo Kleiman Tronllan, a San Diego-based money service business owner, was arrested in Miami for allegedly hiring a hitman to kill a man who owed him money. Kleiman operated MoneyFlip LLC and previously MXN Financial LLC, and investigators suspect he used his businesses to launder drug money and evade federal regulations. The U.S. Department of Justice and Homeland Security agents conducted an undercover operation leading to his arrest.
