Man accused of peeing outside Doral bank ends up in struggle with officer, police say

A 40-year-old man was arrested in Doral after allegedly urinating in public outside a bank, fleeing into traffic, and resisting arrest during a confrontation with police. The suspect, Alex Rodriguez, struggled with an officer on the roadway, and the driver of his Dodge Charger, Alexander Royero, fled but was later arrested.
