Supreme Court will allow appeal hearing over Palestine Action ban
The UK Supreme Court has granted Huda Ammori, co-founder of Palestine Action, permission to appeal the Home Office's 2025 ban of the group as a terrorist organization. The ban, upheld by the Court of Appeal in June 2026, criminalizes membership or support with up to 14 years in prison. The Supreme Court case is scheduled for an autumn hearing.
