SBI: CMPD officer used Flock to provide undercover officer’s plate to drug target
A Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department officer used Flock and the CJLEADS system to provide license plate information of an undercover officer to a subject in a drug investigation. The officer, Seth Elliott, was arrested by the SBI and charged with a misdemeanor for the unauthorized access.
