I-70 Floyd Hill project shifting from blasting to bridge construction

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) has shifted the Floyd Hill project from blasting to bridge construction, completing 211 controlled blasts and removing over 765,511 tons of material. The project, now in its second phase, involves constructing 10 bridges using a balanced cantilever method to maintain traffic flow and navigate complex terrain.
