Shirtless man accused of trying to kidnap a child at a gas station told bystanders he had a gun, warrant says

A shirtless man named Jerahn Rashad Tucker was arrested after allegedly attempting to kidnap a child at a Georgia gas station. Surveillance video showed Tucker approaching a woman and her children, looking into their car, and grabbing a child from the back seat. Bystanders intervened, and Tucker fled before being tracked down by police, who charged him with attempted kidnapping, assault, and possession of a controlled substance.
