Shirtless man accused of trying to kidnap a child at a gas station told bystanders he had a gun, warrant says
A shirtless man, Jerahn Rashad Tucker, was arrested after allegedly attempting to kidnap a child at a gas station in Marietta, Ga., on July 23. Surveillance video showed Tucker approaching a mother and her children, circling their car, and grabbing a child in the back seat before fleeing. Bystanders intervened, and Tucker was later charged with attempted kidnapping, assault, and possession of a controlled substance.
