Abel Rivard, a 57-year-old man from Roseville, was sentenced to 2 to 30 years for assault with intent to murder and a mandatory 2-year consecutive sentence for felony firearm after shooting Martin Robinson in the parking lot of a King of Budz Cannabis store on May 23, 2025.
