Man sentenced to prison for shootout that killed 17-year-old boy outside Walmart in Orange County

A man was sentenced to 15 years in prison for a shootout that killed a 17-year-old boy outside a Walmart in Orange County. Joshua Christopher Brooks pleaded guilty to the crimes. The deadly shooting occurred on July 7, 2023.
