High surf delays trains, creates dangerous beach conditions across Southern California

High surf in Southern California is creating dangerous beach conditions and disrupting passenger rail service in San Clemente, causing delays and cancellations. The National Weather Service has issued a High Surf Advisory as hazardous ocean conditions are expected to persist through the weekend.
