Moderate winds, fire danger and high surf expected across SoCal

Southern California is expected to experience moderate winds, elevated fire danger, and high surf through Monday. The National Weather Service issued a briefing warning of gusty winds and dangerous ocean conditions. Interior sections of several counties will be affected.
