OceanPact Buys Dock Brasil in R$119 Million Ship Repair Deal
OceanPact has agreed to acquire Dock Brasil for R$119 million (US$23.1 million) through its subsidiary Estaleiro Farol de São Tomé. The transaction requires Dock Brasil to restructure and extinguish certain debts before closing.
