Brazil’s Simpar Sells Port Unit to ICTSI for US$353 Million

Brazilian logistics holding Simpar signed a binding deal to sell its Bahia port business to the Philippines' ICTSI for an enterprise value of R$1.8 billion (~US$353 million), a move analysts say will accelerate the group's deleveraging.
