Flap over noncitizens on state voter rolls seen as unlikely to boost SAVE America Act

New Jersey identified 6,600 noncitizens on its voter rolls in 2023 and 2024 due to a software error in the Motor Vehicle Commission's automatic voter registration system, while Alaska raised questions about a few thousand voters.
