Fauci invokes Fifth Amendment in declining to answer questions before Senate panel

Anthony Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment right to avoid answering questions about the origins of the Covid-19 pandemic during a Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee hearing. He was subpoenaed by the committee, led by Sen. Rand Paul, who has accused Fauci of concealing the virus's origin and lying to Congress.
