Special election for Scott’s House seat in Georgia heads to runoff
The special election to fill the remainder of the late Rep. David Scott’s term in the House is headed to a runoff, according to Decision Desk HQ. None of the five candidates scored more than 50% of the vote, pushing the top two finishers, Marcye Scott and a Gwinnett candidate, to a runoff.
