Pleas in Supreme Court allege illegal detentions by Delhi and Bihar police

A volunteer who distributed food and water to protesters at Jantar Mantar and his friend allege that Delhi police seized their phones, blindfolded them, and questioned them about the 'source of funds' at an undisclosed location. A law student is also being held without an arrest warrant in Bihar police custody.
