GEB Bids US$4.5 Billion for Ecopetrol’s ISA Grid Stake
Grupo Energía Bogotá (GEB) has bid US$4.5 billion for a 51.4% controlling stake in Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. (ISA), Colombia’s leading power transmission company, from Ecopetrol, the state-controlled oil and gas firm that acquired the stake in 2021.
