Judge advances civil suit against convicted killer of Cash App CEO and his family
A civil lawsuit against Nima Momeni, convicted of killing Cash App founder Bob Lee, and his family has advanced past a demurrer. The Lee family alleges Momeni's family aided and conspired in the crime and also sued a condo complex and security company for releasing Lee's final moments to media.
