Teen arrested carrying loaded assault rifle after Bronx parade on weekend when 12-year-old son of cop was shot dead

NYPD arrested 16 individuals for carrying firearms during and after the Bronx's Dominican Day Parade, including a 19-year-old teen with a loaded defaced assault rifle. The arrests occurred amid the aftermath of a fatal shooting that killed 12-year-old Jacob Freytes, son of a retired NYPD lieutenant, and led to the recovery of 15 additional guns.
