SBU Detains Agent for Activating 1,000 Starlinks for Russia
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) detained a Dnipro resident accused of organizing the illegal activation of over 1,000 Starlink terminals for Russian forces. The suspect used Telegram to coordinate and proxy individuals to register devices at postal branches, leading to the terminals being blocked and charges of aiding a foreign state.
