SBU Says It Foiled Planned Terror Attacks in Kharkiv, Detains Alleged FSB Agent
SBU has foiled planned terrorist attacks in Kharkiv by detaining an alleged FSB agent who prepared over 12 kg of explosives for remote detonation in crowded areas. The suspect was arrested during a video call with a Russian handler and faces up to 12 years in prison.
