Dad delivers newborn with umbilical cord around baby’s neck after couple discharged from hospital

An Arizona couple, Regena and Frankie Felix, delivered their baby girl in a casino parking lot after being discharged from Mercy Gilbert Medical Center despite progressing only 2 centimeters. The umbilical cord was wrapped around the newborn’s neck during delivery, but the baby was born healthy. The family later returned to the hospital with the newborn.
