Dad delivers newborn with umbilical cord around baby’s neck after couple discharged from hospital

An Arizona couple welcomed their fifth child in a casino parking lot after being discharged from the hospital early during labor. The baby was delivered by the father in the passenger seat of their car, with the umbilical cord wrapped around the newborn’s neck. The family later returned to the hospital with the healthy infant.
