Trump’s new tariffs hit with lawsuit
President Trump’s new tariffs, ranging from 10 percent to 12.5 percent on goods from 60 trading partners, were challenged in a lawsuit filed by two small businesses. The businesses are represented by part of the legal team that previously succeeded in overturning Trump’s earlier tariffs at the Supreme Court.
