Longtime Nike music executive accused of running $1M theft scheme from within company

John Griffith, Nike's head of Global Brand Marketing, and Brad Mosher are accused of stealing over $1 million from Nike through a kickback scheme involving inflated billing by Mosher's music licensing consultancy and a shell company. The alleged scheme, which ran from June 2020 to December 2022, involved 24 felony counts each, including racketeering and money laundering.
