Microsoft pressures LG into killing unwanted McAfee ads

Microsoft has pressured LG to stop displaying McAfee trial pop-ups on Windows 11 PCs connected to LG monitors. LG agreed to disable the pop-ups after user complaints about intrusive advertisements for McAfee antivirus and LG's own apps.
