Rare leopard tranquilized after escaping zoo exhibit

A rare Amur leopard named Irina escaped her enclosure at Greenville Zoo in South Carolina, prompting an evacuation and perimeter setup. Zoo staff tranquilized her and returned her to her den, ensuring the safety of the male leopard and her twin cubs. Amur leopards are critically endangered with fewer than 150 remaining in the wild.
