Rare leopard tranquilized after escaping zoo exhibit

A rare Amur leopard named Irina escaped her enclosure at Greenville Zoo in South Carolina, prompting evacuations and a perimeter setup. Zoo staff tranquilized her and returned her to the den, ensuring the safety of the male leopard and two cubs. Amur leopards are critically endangered with fewer than 150 remaining in the wild.
