Millions of eggs sold at Kroger, Brookshire’s locations in several states recalled for salmonella concerns
Midwest Poultry Services recalled nearly 1.6 million dozen eggs sold at Kroger, Brookshire’s, and other retailers in multiple states due to potential salmonella contamination. The eggs, produced in Texas with best-by dates between July 20 and Aug. 17, were distributed across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Mississippi. No illnesses have been reported.
