Millions of eggs sold at Kroger, Brookshire’s locations in several states recalled for salmonella concerns

Midwest Poultry Services recalled nearly 1.6 million dozen eggs distributed to Kroger, Brookshire’s, and other retailers in six states due to potential salmonella contamination. The recall includes eggs with best-by dates between July 20 and August 17, produced in Texas, though no illnesses have been reported.
