Severe flooding inundates West Virginia – video

Torrential rains in West Virginia caused severe flooding, damaging bridges and prompting water rescues. Governor Patrick Morrisey declared a state of emergency for all 55 counties and deployed National Guard members, with no deaths immediately reported. The storms also produced tornadoes in several states.
