Dearborn’s midterm election will have an option for a $1.5 billon bond for schools -- Here’s why
Dearborn voters will decide on a $1.5 billion bond proposal for school improvements in the November 3 midterm election. The bond would fund six new schools and renovate high schools without raising resident taxes, as nearby districts have spent significantly more on similar projects. Mike Esseily, superintendent of Dearborn Public Schools, discussed the urgency of the renovations.
