Fugitive doctor on run for 21 years was living as L.A. biotech exec

A doctor convicted of sexual assault who evaded capture for over 20 years was arrested off the East Coast after living as a biotech executive in Los Angeles. Ronald L. Fischer, 70, was captured aboard a yacht following a federal investigation.
