A Florida man was arrested at an IHOP restaurant in Orlando after allegedly stabbing a rideshare driver who refused to provide a ride without an app request. The suspect, Jovaughn Nathan Matthie, was charged with attempted murder and later found with a knife in his pocket during his arrest.
