One of SF’s best pastry chefs is opening a bakery in Russian Hill

Melissa Perello, chef-owner of Frances and Octavia, and pastry chef Melissa Loar are opening Lorella, a bakery in Russian Hill. The venture is a brick-and-mortar version of their popular Saturbake pop-ups.
