[US] ARS scam texts and voicemail

Starting July 9th, the user received multiple texts and a voicemail from different numbers claiming to be ARS, all sharing the same File & Case # but with untraceable callback numbers. The voicemail used a computer voice to request location confirmation and provided an 833 toll-free number, which also does not link to any legitimate company or debt collector.
