U.S. Judge Kathleen Williams ruled that Donald Trump and Todd Blanche conspired to create a $2 billion slush fund from the Treasury Department to reward Jan. 6, 2021, insurrectionists and grant Trump, his family, and businesses tax immunity. Blanche, now under Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation consideration, fabricated a lawsuit to legitimize the scheme, which a judge deemed a scam and fraud on the court.
