FBI says person in custody after 'incendiary device' set off outside New York federal building

The FBI has taken a person into custody after an incendiary device was set off outside the 26 Federal Plaza federal building in New York. The incident, investigated by the FBI New York Joint Terrorism Task Force, resulted in two minor injuries, according to FBI Director Kash Patel.
