‘Incendiary device’ set off at New York FBI headquarters
A person was taken into custody after allegedly setting off an incendiary device outside the FBI headquarters at 26 Federal Plaza in New York City. The FBI New York Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating the incident, which caused smoke and prompted a shelter-in-place order at the building, which also houses Immigration and Customs Enforcement offices.
