Driver charged with hit-and-run after triple-fatal Rowan County crash

A 42-year-old driver, Javier Sola, has been charged with three felony hit-and-run counts after a triple-fatal crash in Rowan County on July 18. The crash occurred on Mooresville Road near Town Court in Salisbury, resulting in three deaths. Sola's vehicle was found in a creek bed, and he was later hospitalized before being charged by police.
