PIF’s TAWAL in talks over multibillion-dollar telco towers deal
TAWAL, a telecom tower company controlled by Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund, is in talks to acquire over 10,000 sites from Mobily, a mobile operator partly owned by UAE’s e&. The deal could position TAWAL as the region’s largest telecom tower owner and precede an IPO in 2027 or 2028.
