Vodafone to take full control of UK mobile operator in £4.3bn deal

Vodafone is taking full control of the UK's biggest mobile operator in a £4.3bn deal with CK Hutchison, who is selling its 49% stake in VodafoneThree. The network has over 27 million subscribers. Vodafone will now have complete ownership of the company.
