Cuban dissident artist arrives in US after 5-years in prison

Luis Manuel Otero Alcántara, a Cuban dissident artist, arrived in Miami after being released from a five-year prison sentence in Cuba. He was granted humanitarian parole by the United States and co-founded the San Isidro Movement, which protests the Cuban government.
