Moldova to Acquire Drone Interception Systems with EU Funding

Moldova’s Ministry of Defense will purchase drone detection and interception systems using a €120 million EU assistance package. The country has reported 34 airspace violations by drones and missiles since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine began.
